1 pint heavy cream
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan
Parsley flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients one by one into a saucepan on medium heat. Stirring with whisk constantly. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on med-low. Sauce should coat spoon when ready.
Sprinkle with parmesan and then parsley flakes.
