1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
2 - 3 tsp of vanilla extract (or you can split amount with almond extract)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine sugars, butter, oil and beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, sift dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture. Add vanilla extract.

Make into small balls and flatten slightly on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º for about 14 minutes.

Frost with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with chopped candy canes.
