4 chicken breasts (about 4 oz each) (boneless, skinless, pounded thin)
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper
1 T margarine
2/3 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp corn starch
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Melt margarine in frying pan.

Dredge chicken breasts in flour, salt and pepper mixture.

Cook chicken in frying pan (turning once) 8 - 10 mins or until done.
Remove chicken.

Mix broth, cornstarch and marmalade.
Add to frying pan, cook and stir until thickened
Add vinegar
Reduce heat.
Add chicken, turn to coat.
Cook additional 1 - 2 minutes

Serve with rice.
