1 cup Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
1/3 cup Green Onion
1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 lbs potatoes, cooked & sliced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sour cream, soup, butter, green onions and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Gently stir in potatoes, salt & pepper. Add remaining Cheddar Cheese to bread crumbs and place on top of casserole.
Bake 350ºF for 30 mins or till bubbly hot.
