5 large red potatoes, boiled and chopped
6 boiled eggs, chopped
Salad delite pickles or salad pickle cubes (sweet)
celery
bell pepper
pimentos, diced ( 1 small jar)
Season Salt (just a little - to taste)
Seasoned pepper (Publix or Wal-Mart) or black pepper (to taste)
Cajun Seasoning (to taste)
All purpose seasons (Wal-Mart) to taste
Mayo
Mustard (a little)
Six Peppers Seasoning (Sam's) (to taste)

Mix everything together.

Always add your spices a little at a time. Stir and taste to see if it's seasoned to your taste.

If you increase the number of potatoes, increase the number of eggs. I always use more eggs than potatoes.
