1 pkg. brown and serve sausage links
2 c. uncooked instant rice
2 c. water
1/2 c. frozen green peppers
1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 (12 oz) package cleaned, raw shrimp
1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 Tbsp. instant minced onions (optional)
1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Cut sausage links into one inch diagonals slices. Place in large skillet. Brown as directed on package. Add remaining ingredients except green pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat: simmer uncovered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Stern green pepper and heat through. Serve.
