First Layer:
1 stick of oleo (butter)
1 c. plain flour
2 c. chopped nuts

Second Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Third Layer:
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. cold milk
Hershey bar
Cool Whip
Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix oleo, flour, and nuts. Press into a 9x13 in. pan. Bake 30 mins. or until medium brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread on cooled first layer. Mix chocolate pudding mix and vanilla pudding mix wth the cold milk until semi-thick. Spread on second layer. Top with more Cool Whip and garnish with grated Hershey Bar and pecans. If desired, 2 boxes of chocolate pudding may be used instead of 1 chocolate and 1 vanilla.
