1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick oleo (butter), melted
7 oz. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and well beaten eggs blending with a mixer. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour into two greased pie plates and bake in a 350 oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. This recipe makes two 9 in. pies. It is very delicious, quick, and requires no crust.
