1 stick of butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas (very ripe)
1/2 c. sour milk (t. white vinegar in milk)
1/4 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Mixer or Kitchen Aid

1. Take out butter and eggs the night before
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Cream butter in a mixing bowl and gradually add sugar, then eggs one at a time and beat until light.
4. Quickly add mashed bananas and vanilla
5. Beat and add dry ingredients and alternate with sour milk
6. Fold in chopped nuts
7. Butter and flour loaf pan
8. Pour batter into loaf pan
9. Bake 350º for 70-90 minutes (test with tooth pick in middle, comes out clean)

10.Remove and cool on wire rack
11. When completely cooled, remove from loaf panººº
