1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter
3 Tbsp. plain flour
3 Tbsp. grated parmigiana cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cube chicken bouillon crushed
1 to 1.5 cups boiling water
White pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter slow on medium-low heat
Stir in flour and bouillon until roux is well blended
Continue to cook, stirring frequently until roux has thicken and is lightly brown (approximately 5 minutes)
Increase heat to medium and whisk in boiling water slowly until smooth
Stir in cream - keep stirring until thicken
Add cheese and stir until melted
Add white pepper.

Pour over pasta of your choice
