Ingredients:  
3-4 lb beef or pork roast
1 medium onion diced
1 lb dry pinto beans
1 can rotel tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash pinto beans then put in crockpot add all the remaining ingredients
add enough water to cover & cook beans. Cook on low aprox 10 hours until meat is very tender & beans are soft. Remove meat discard any fat or bones & shred meat set aside. Remove beans and mash or put in food processor adding as much leftover liquid to get the right consistency for refried beans. Meat and beans make great filling for burritos, tostadas ect. Of course add any lettuce,cheese, tomatoes ect you like
