1 t water....
1/2 t cornstarch...
3 T real maple syrup...
2 t wasabi mustard...
2 t soy sauce...
1/2 t pepper...
2 pork tenderloins, 3/4 pound each, cut into 1 inch thick slices...
1 T olive oil...
2 garlic cloves, minced...

Directions:
Directions:
Stir water into,cornstarch until smooth, add maple syrup, mustard, soy sauce and pepper...
Add pork to the mixture and stir to coat all slices of pork...
In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat...
Once oil in skillet is hot, add the pork and brown all slices, add the garlic, cook until pork is a light pink, 3 minutes or so...
Serve this with sweet potato beds and pan juices...
