1 lb. Hamburger meat, cooked and drained
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 - 6 oz. package mushrooms
1 - can Italian tomatoes
1 - 20 oz tomato sauce
1 - 8 oz. puree Italian tomato sauce
3 small cans Italian tomato paste
olive oil
3/4 green bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion
2 clove garlic
1/4 cup chiante classico wine
2 tbsp sugar
Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all sauces and simmer with 1/4 cup water.
Saute mushrooms in olive oil and 3/4 cup green bell pepper and 1 med. onion.
2 clove garlic. Saute all about 30 minutes. Mix with sauces. Add 1/4 cup chiante classico wine adn 2 to 3 tbsp. sugar to taste. Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Simmer.
