1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beat
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup bettermilk
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 1/2 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in preheated 425º oven for 10 minutes.
