1 block tofu
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. shoyu
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. chili sauce with garlic
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. water
1 green onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tofu in 1/2" cubes and set aside. In a skillet, fry ground pork until well done. Add garlic, brown sugar, shoyu, oyster sauce, chili sauce with garlic, chicken broth, and cubed tofu. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.

In small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a paste. Add to mixture to thicken; simmer a few minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
