Ahi fish filets, 1/2" thick

Equal amounts of:
curry powder
chili powder
paprika
garlic salt
olive oil
butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix equal parts of four spices. Dredge moist filets in spice mixture and sauté in hot butter and olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.

Note: Skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs may be substituted. Cover pan and be sure to cook chicken all the way through.
