1 TSP Vanilla
1 TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Nutmeg
2 2/3 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Oven at 400
Greased Baking Sheet
Bake 8-10 Min

Mix in order of ingredients, mix well. Cool Completely before frosting.
