2 pound bag hash brown potatoes
1 cube butter
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 tsp salt
1 pint sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups grated cheese firmly packed
2 cups corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsn melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bag of potatoes.
Saute onion with cube of butter until soft.
Combine potatoes, onions, soup, sour cream, salt and cheese.
Mix well. Place in (2) 8 x 8 square pans or a 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle corn flake crumbs that have been mixed with 4 Tbs of melted butter.
Bake until hot and bubbly (approximately 30 minutes at 350º)
