1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (16 ounce) can white kidney beans, drained
1 (16 ounce) can beef stock
3 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons pepper
5 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
2 bay leaves
1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
4 ounces dilatini pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking into small pieces. Drain excess fat off off meat and return to pot. Add onion, celery, carrots and garlic. Saute until slightly tender. Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the pasta) and simmer at least 1 hour. Remove the bay leaves before serving. Cook the pasta separately and add to the soup as serving.
