Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breasts
3/4 bag of pretzel sticks
1 c walnuts
1 T black pepper
1 c butter
2 tsp cayenne pepper (or less if you don't want it to be too spicy)
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken breasts into smaller pieces. Crush the pretzels and nuts together in a ziplock bag. (I usually double the bag so it's not as messy). Mix in the black pepper. Melt the butter and mix in the cayenne and garlic powder. Take half of this mixture and pour it on the pretzel mixture and coat. Then dip the chicken in the butter then in the pretzels and place in a baking dish. There will be extra butter and pretzels after you are done coating the chicken, so just mix them together and put it over the chicken. Bake at 350º for about 25-30 minutes.
