Crust:
1 c plus 2 T flour
1 T sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup canola oil
1 1/2 T milk

Filling:
1/2 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1 c heavy whipping cream
1 tsp almond extract
1 can peach halves or fresh peaches, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for crust. Bake at 375º for a few minutes, until the crust is a very light golden color. Place the peaches onto the crust. Mix all of the other filling ingredients together and pour over peaches. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. The pie can be served at room temperature or chilled.

The peaches can be replaced with any berry. My personal favorite fruit in this pie is strawberry.
