1 1/4 c flour
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c softened butter
2 tsp more butter

1 c butter
1 c brown sugar
4 tbsp corn syrup
1 c sweetened condensed milk

2/3 to 3/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter

Crumble first 4 ingredients together (using whisk attachment in kitchen aid). Pack into ungreased 8x12 pan. Bake 350º C for 20 mins

Combine next 4 ingredients in heavy sauce pan bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes STIRRING CONSTANTLY! remove from heat beat with spoon slowly till showing signs of thickening. Pour over bottom layer when bottom layer is cool.

Melt chocolate and butter together and pour over cooled 2nd layer.
