1 lb. cubed ham
1 Tbls. Butter
1 Tbls. Brown Sugar
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2/3 can evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onions
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the cubed ham in the butter and brown sugar. Remove from skillet and reserve. In same skillet mix soup, evaporated milk and water. Stir in chopped onions and seasonings. Add sliced potatoes and carrots. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. About 35 minutes. Mix in reserved ham. Spray a casserole with oil. Place mixture in the casserole and sprinkle with seasoned breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 more minutes at 350º.
