5-7 Med Sweet Potatoes Cooked or 1 Large Can of Sweet Potato's
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 T Vanilla
1/2 c Butter

Topping:
1/3 c melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cooked potatoes & add sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter. Put in Greased casserole dish. Mix 4 topping ingredients crumble over sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until topping is lightly brown.
