3 tbsp.
3 tsp.
1 1/2 lbs chocolate bark for dipping sea foam

candy thermometer (must have)

Directions:
Directions:
Start by lining a 9 x 15 baking pan with parchment paper enough to overhang about 2 inches. Now, in a large pan add brown sugar and karo syrup and vinegar.Bring to a boil over medium heat.stirring occasionally until temp reaches 290º. Take off heat, add baking soda, stir in quickly and thoroughly.Pour into prepared pan. It will foam up a lot, that's ok. Let cool completely at least a half hour. When cool remove from pan and peel off paper. Now break into bite size pieces or what ever size you want. Melt your chocolate in a bowl in microwave. Spread out parchment paper over part of the table. Put several pieces in a bowl of chocolate mix with tongs to cover and place pieces on paper. Let cool and enjoy.
