3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. milk
3 c. oats
1 1/2 c. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar and milk. Add to dry ingredients. Add oil and mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet. Cook about 5 minutes.
