1 stick softened butter
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c creamy PeanutButter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/4 c. All purpose flour
Reese's mini peanut butter cups
Directions:
Directions:
Whip butter, sugars, PeanutButter, egg, and vanilla together until fluffy. In a separate bowl mix soda, salt and flour. Slowly add the dry ingredients. drop cookie dough by heaping teaspoons into an untreated mini muffin pan. If you like uniform cookies roll the dough into balls. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350* until slightly browned.
While they are baking unwrap the Reese's mini cups. When the cookies are done,remove from oven and push a mini PeanutButter cup into center of each cookie.
Cool 10 minutes before touching.Remove carefully and continue to cool on wire rack.
The recipe makes approximately 30 cookies.
