2 Jars of Grape Leaves
2 c of Rice
Fresh Dill
Chopped Parsley
1 tsp Salt
Olive Oil
2 large Onions
4 c Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in the bottom of a skillet, add a couple pats of butter. Sauté onions, dill and parsley together (approx. 5 minutes), add rice and saute for a couple of minutes. Remove from flame after sautéing. Open grape leaves and fill with rice mixture and roll inside leaves.

Layer in a pot, and cover the top with lemon slices. Add water and bring to a boil, cook for 35 minutes; remove from heat, leave covered, and let sit until it is completely cool.
