1 Box phyllo
3 Glasses Milk
3/4 c Semolina
1 Sweet Whipped Butter
1 Lemon Peal (ground)
3/4 c Sugar
6 Eggs (beat eggs in a bowl with 1/2 c milk)
Directions:
Directions:
Boil milk in a pot adding butter, sugar, lemon when boiled slowly add semolina stirring until melted.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl and then slowly ass into mixture when it all comes to a boil remove from flame.

Place in a greased pan half the phyllo then add the mix and top with the rest of the phyllo with a razor cut into the top layer of fill into triangles cook and then while hot add hot syrup.

~or~

take phyllo one sheet at a time, fold in half and fill with mix and roll then place onto a greased pan cook and while hot top with syrup.
