12-22 pound turkey
1 cup olive oil
1 cup italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Adobo

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
12-14 pounds - 2 to 2.5 hours
15-17 pounds - 2.5 to 3 hours
18-22 pounds - 3 to 3.5 hours

Mix the oil and seasonings in a bowl, then coat the entire turkey with the mixture, wings and all.
Cook for 1 hour at 425 then turn down to 325.
Cook for remainder of the time for size, until thigh registers 175 internal temperature.
