2 boxes Famous Wafer Chocolate Cookies
1 pint Heavy whipping Cream
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbs Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Freeze metal or glass bowl and egg beaters for 20 minutes

Pour heavy cream into chilled bowl
Using mixer with chilled beaters, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add sugar and vanilla after soft peaks stage is reached.

Use whip cream to start a base for the chocolate wafers. Use a spatula to add whip cream to two chocolate wafers and stand them on edge in the whip cream base. Go six wafers wide then start next row behind first row.

Continue till wafers are gone. Frost entire cake with left over whip cream.

Use any broken wafers as decoration on top of cake.
