1 pound sausage
1pound bacon
6 slices soft hearty white bread
8oz cheese
8 eggs
2 cups whole milk
1tsp. Ground Mustard
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Spray 13x9 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In large skillet cook sausage. Cook bacon and crumble when cooled. Cut and discard bread crusts. Tare bread into uneven pieces and place on bottom of pan. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

In large bowl whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle bacon on top.

Bake casserole until set and golden, about 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

**Works great making it the night before and putting in the fridge until the next morning. You may need to bake a bit longer.
