1 cup chickpeas cooked and drained (reserve the liquid)
2 ½ teaspoons sesame seeds
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
½ cup reserved chickpea liquid
4 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley, green onion, or paprika for topping

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a food processor. If too dry, add more chickpea liquid to achieve the consistency desired.
