Ingredients:  
1 box powdered sugar (3 3/4 cups)
1 can or 3 1/2 oz. coconut (1 1/2 cups)
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 sticks softened butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 oz. baker's chocolate
1/2 bar parafin

Directions:

Mix together ingredients.
Roll in to balls
Chill for 1/2 hour

Melt baker's chocolate and parafin together.
Dip balls in to mixture and place on wax paper to set.

You can also use 6 oz. butterscotch chips instead of chocolate
