200 g flour
100 g powdered sugar
100 g butter
1 egg
4 tbsp. jam

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Rub the flour, sugar, and butter together until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Add egg to form stiff dough.
Flour your hands and shape dough into a tube, about 5 cm wide. Cut into 1 cm thick slices and place on baking sheet.
Make an indentation in he middle of each slice and drop a tsp. of jam in the center. Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly risen and just golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
