Cream Mixture:
5 egg yolks
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. marscapone cheese
3/4 c. heavy cream (whipped)
42 lady fingers

Espresso/Liquor Mixture:
1 1/2 c. espresso
1 1/2 oz. rum or extract
1 1/2 oz. Kahlua

Topping:
Cocoa
Square of chocolate, shaved

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add marscapone and mix until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream.

In a 9 x 13 pan, lay lady fingers in bottom after dipping and fully coating in espresso mixture. Put half cream mixture over cookies and repeat layering.(3 rows of 7 ladyfingers per layer). Warning: Dip lady fingers in espresso mixture very quickly! Do not soak, or they will fall apart.

Dust with cocoa and shave a square of chocolate over the top.

Note: This is not baked. Make sure to keep dessert refrigerated. If concerned, use pasteurized eggs.
