Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Layer A Layer B
2 eggs
1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 lb. pepperoni (optional)
1/2 tsp parsley 1 lb. browned sausage, drained
1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/2 lb. shredded or diced ham
1/2 tsp salt shredded mozzarella cheese (to taste)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 C oil

Directions:
Directions:
Make bread dough for 2 loaves of bread and let rise in warm place until double in size.
Punch down and divide into two portions. Stretch and roll each portion out on floured board to about 12 x 10 inch rectangle.
Mix ingredients for layer A and spread on rectangles of dough. Then layer B on top of this. Roll long way, like jelly roll. Put seam side down and tuck in ends. Let rise again in warm place (about 30-45 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Can be frozen and reheats well.
Notes: When spreading layer A and B on bread dough rectangles I leave about an inch around the edges without anything on them. This helps everything to stay inside the roll better as I roll it. I also like to pull the last edge up and over the loaf, make a crease in the ends with the edge of my hand, and fold the ends over. Then I carefully pick up the loaf using both hands and and turn it seam side down onto the baking sheet and straighten the loaves. I also spray a little Pam on the inside edge of each loaf so they don’t stick together when baking. Cover with a cotton tea towel while letting it rise each time. I also use rapid rise yeast. For layer B, I like to use pepperoni, sausage and mozzarella cheese.
