3 small pkg. (or 4) cherry jello
2 C sugar
2 x 46 oz cans pineapple juice
9 C boiling water
1/2 C lemon juice
1 x 1 oz bottle almond extract
4 C cold water
2 x 2 liter bottles ginger-ale, 7-up, or Sprite

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water.
Add juices & almond extract.
Mix and freeze solid.
Thaw 4-6 hours before serving. Chop and add pop to slush mixture.
Mix & serve.
Serves 50 punch cup servings.

Note: Can use any jello flavor.
I like to freeze in 4 x 64 oz or 8 cup containers. This makes it easy to use 1 container with 1/2 bottle pop to mix in smaller amounts for punch bowl.
