1 large head broccoli, chopped
10-12 slices bacon
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 C raisins

1 C mayonnaise
1/2 C sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp and crumble into small pieces. Combine broccoli, bacon, onion and raisins in large bowl.
In separate small bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Marinate the salad in the dressing at least one to three hours before serving. Serves 4-6. Will keep up to 36 hrs.

Note: I use a bag of already prepared bacon pieces instead of frying bacon. And I use craisins instead of raisins.
