1 bag Fritos corn chips
4 cups bite-sized square crispy corn cereal
2 cup small salted pretzel twists
2 cup Peanuts
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1- Large bag M&m's bag candy-coated chocolate pieces

Directions:

1-Heat oven to 350°F. Spray large roasting pan with no-stick cooking spray.
2-Combine corn chips, cereal, pretzels and nuts in prepared pan; set aside.
3-Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in 2-quart heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil.
4-Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and baking soda.
5- Pour syrup mixture over cereal mixture in pan; toss to coat.
6-Bake 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, or until coating is set.
7-Remove from oven; stir.
8-Spread mixture onto waxed paper. Cool 5 minutes; stir in chocolate pieces.
9-Cool completely; break into pieces. Store in container with tight-fitting lid for up to 1 week.
