4 cups V-8 vegetable juice
2 packages plain gelatin
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup green olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in V-8 over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into shallow casserole or into mold and chill several hours or until set.
