8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
1 TBSP. LEMON JUICE
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC (MINCED)
1/2 TSP. SALT
1/4 TSP. CAYENNE PEPPER
PECAN CHIPS
PANCAKE SYRUP

MIX CHEESE & ALL OTHER INGRED. IN FOOD PROCESSOR TIL BLENDED , EXCEPT PECANS & SYRUP, SCOOP INTO BOWL, DAMPEN HANDS & MAKE BALLS, ROLL IN SYRUP THEN PECANS, CHILL ON PLATTER FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS.

1 PKG. RANCH DRESSING MIX
2 (8 OZ) PKG. CREAM CHEESE
1 OZ. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1 1/2- 2 CUPS OF CHOPPED PECANS
2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR

1. IN A BOWL, MASH TOGETHER THE CR. CHEESE.
2. MIX DRESSING MIX AND CHEDDAR CHEESE INTO THE CREAM CHEESE.
3. SHAPE THE MIXTURE INTO A BALL.
4. ROLL THE BALL IN THE CHOPPED NUTS. OR BACON BITS OPT.
5. REFRIGERATE COVERED UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
MAY SERVE W/ CARROTS,CELERY OR CRACKERS.
