2 lbs. ground pork
1.5 lbs. lean ground beef
3 large onions (chopped)
1 stalk celery
4 teaspoons Lawry’s season salt
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1.5 tablespoon Bells seasoning
7 large potatoes & chopped chives
½ stick butter & a little milk and salt to potatoes, chives chopped
Pie shells (make your own or buy it pre-made)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery in a little butter. Add meat (pork & beef) and seasonings. Cook till crumbly simmering when meat is cooked. Cook potatoes and mash with butter, salt and milk. Add meat to potatoes a little at a time till all is added.

Put dressing into a pie shell, baste top of crust with egg whites and bake 350° for 35 min or until crust is brown.
