1 1/2 c plus 3 Tbs flour
1/2 c powder sugar
3/4 c cold butter margarine
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tea baking powder
1/2 c lemon juice
additional powder sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine 1 1/2 c flour and powder sugar cut in butter until crumbly
Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13 X 9 pan
Bake 15 minutes

Combine eggs,sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and remaining 3 Tbs flower
mix well. Pour over baked crust.
Bake 20 to 25 min or until golden brown.
Cool Cut into bars,sprinkle with powered sugar.
Store coverd in refrigerator
