1 lb. shrimp or crabmeat
1/4 c. cilantro
1/2 c. red bell pepper
1/2 c. white onion
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 c. salsa verde
1 tsp. chili powder
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. monterey jack cheese
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter, saute veggies until tender then add shrimp/crabmeat. Cook until shrimp is done. Remove from heat then add salt chili powder, cilantro and lime. Stir and set aside.
Sauce: Melt butter, add flour. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes, slowly adding chicken broth. Continue to cook over medium high heat constantly until thick. Lower heat and add cheese until melted. Remove from heat and stir in salsa verde and sour cream. Add 1 cup to meat mixture and stir.
Place 1/3 cup to each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam side down in greased 9X13 pan. Repeat and pour remaining sauce over tortillas. Bake until golden brown for 30-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
