Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion diced
salt and pepper
Bisquick
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
3/4 cup whole milk or cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with a diced onion, and salt and pepper. Drain.

Make one batch of Bisquick biscuits with the recipe on the box. (You can also add a cup of shredded Cheddar cheese to the dough) Roll out flat in a big rectangle.

Spread the meat evenly on the dough. Roll up starting on one of the long ends. Cut with sharp knife in slices about 1" thick. Place in lightly greased pan just barely touching each other or 1/2 inch apart. Bake at 350º until just beginning to brown and not gummy in the middle.

Sauce: In small saucepan whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk. Heat over medium heat until hot. Spoon over the pinwheels.

Personal Notes:
Even such a fine cook as my sister Cathi had to get her start somewhere. I can still remember her bringing home the first recipe from her High School Home Ed. class and making it for us. I knew that I was going to love having her in that class. I have remembered these pinwheels ever since then and every bite takes me on a trip down memory lane. If you like quick, but delicious, meals you really need to try this.
