Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. barley
3 c. chicken broth
Small can of sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in small amount of butter or oil.

Add barley and brown.

Place in 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 1 1/4 hour, stirring occasionally.
