2 lbs shoulder clod roast or 2 lbs chicken breast
1 or 2 large diced onions
1 diced green pepper
2 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
salt and pepper
2 TB paprika

Directions:
Directions:
saute onion and brown cubed meat, add all ingredients then just cover with water. simmer 1 1/2 hours and serve over spaetzel with sour cream.
