1 Small onion
2 Clove of garlic
2 Ripe avocados
1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon of white Vinaigrette
1 Teaspoon of salt
A hand full of Cilantro

Just add all the ingredients in a blender to high speed and serve with grill chicken, steak, empanadas.. etc..
