1 cup salted butter
2 tbs of granulated sugar
2 cups sifted flour
1 cup ground Almonds

Icing sugar to cover cookies after being baked, and slightly cooled

º 325 oven
Cream butter, add granulated sugar and mix well
Add flour, mix well
Add ground almonds, mix well

Form into crescent shapes
Put on cookie sheet and bake for 20 min approx.
cookies don't spread, you can place them close together without worry of them spreading ❤

Aunt Nancy gave me this recipe, and I've made it every Christmas. So easy to make. I use icing sugar to sprinkle on top, but I think Aunt Nancy uses granulated sugar.
These cookies don't spread, so I was able to put all 36 cookies on one big baking sheet.
When they are done, cool slightly and cover in icing sugar. Approx 1 cup.
